Bipolar Disorder Self-Report Inventory
A self-report screening tool covering both manic/hypomanic (exhilarated) and depressive symptoms of bipolar disorder. Items address mood elevation, goal-directed activity, sleep, risk-taking, and depressive features, mapped to DSM-5 criteria for bipolar I and II disorders. This legacy definition was reconstructed from existing response prompts.
Important: This resource does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. Researchers and users must review the measure source, evidence, licence, population, administration, and interpretation before use.
