Modified Curious Experiences Survey (CES; 31-item)

This 31-item inventory is a locally modified version of Goldberg's Curious Experiences Survey, a revised version of the Dissociative Experiences Scale. It measures self-reported dissociative experiences with a general/typical frequency frame. Item wording and response options have been standardized locally, so scores should not be interpreted with official CES or DES norms.
