Modified IPIP-HPI HIC Proxy Inventory (198-item)

This 198-item inventory is a locally standardized subset of IPIP lower-level scales and homogeneous item composite proxies related to the Hogan Personality Inventory. It is not the proprietary Hogan Personality Inventory. Items use a general/typical personality timeframe and a five-point agreement scale.
