Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES)
The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) is the most widely used psychometric tool for evaluating individual self-esteem. Designed by American sociologist Morris Rosenberg, it is a 10-item self-report questionnaire that assesses overall feelings of self-worth and self-acceptance.
