Modified Span et al. Adult ADHD Symptom Inventory (12-item)

This 12-item inventory is a locally standardized subset of adult ADHD symptom items associated with Span, Earleywine, and Strybel's DSM-IV-informed adult ADHD symptom research. It is not the full 18-item source measure and is not diagnostic by itself. Items use a past-six-month symptom timeframe and a five-point frequency scale.
